General information, dates and venue
1. Add the name for your show. Make it short and if possible standing out in the calendar.
2. Add a short description or a welcoming message. You can mention some special conditions or just welcome the participants. To emphasize part of the text, use the editor.
3. Choose organiser. For show organisers acting on behalf of several clubs, all clubs will be present in the drop down.
4. Select a discipline. Only one discipline per show is supported.
5. Select competitions levels - choose all levels you would like to have in your show.
6. Add the start date of the show. By default the end date will be set for the same date. You can change it, if needed.
7. Add the registration deadline. Electronic registration through the system for athletes will be closed by the end of this date at 23:59.
8. Check country, where the show will take place.
9. Check region - the region will be displayed as part of the show venue and the meaning is geographical location.
10. Add the place, name of a stable or other venue, where show will take place.
11. When adding address, it will be linked to google.maps coordinates service and your participants can the coordinates for navigation.

12. Under the Contact section, please add the name of the person responsible for this show. This might be the Director or Organiser. When entering the name, we will search for the person from the database. If you have permissions to access the person´s personal data, i.e. email and phone number, the following fields will be prefilled.
13. and 14. Add the e-mail and phone number. Please note they will be publicly displayed for the users as contact details for the show.
15. You may wish to add other contact information, for example, for stabling or accomodation or contact of the show secretariat.

15. Please check the check-box if you would like to use the online payments system for the show. This would mean that the show will be completely cash-free and ALL transactions will go only through the system, including payments for changes of the classes and late entries and if you will also all products and services. You do not need any payment solutions on the spot, everything can be prepaid before the show or paid after the show in case of class changes and late entries. Fees to federation and regional federation as well as to Equipe APP will be calculated and transferred to the respective account after the show. Additional platform fees will also be calculated and transferred to the federation account after the show.
16. Check the box if you would like to use Equipe APP services. An additional fee will apply.
17. Add an alert text, please make it short and clear. It will be displayed on the show page and in calendar (extended view).
18. After starting list is created, add the link here and save. It can be a link to Equipe Online service or any other page, where the starting list is published.
19. LIVE-stream link - add after the strating list, if eventis available for watching in live format.
20. Add the link to show webpage, i.e. in Facebook or in other social networks or on the club webpage.
