| Draft | Utkast | Show is visible only to organiser and Federation administrators | Draft of the show, will be enough to add dates, specify discipline and levels. Click on "Propose" to send draft for publication. |
| Proposed | Forslag | Show is visible only to organiser and Federation administrators | "Proposed" means that organiser requests adding the show at the specified dates and levels to calendar. District administrator can decline or accept the show in case the highest level is disctrict. If the show is at Internt Klubbstevne level, organiser can publish the show her/himself |
| Published | Publisert | Visible to all | "Published" means that the show dates are accepted to calendar and the show is scheduled to take place. The show is in Published status after it has been approved. |
| Declined | Avvist | Show is visible only to organiser and Federation administrators | The show is not accepted to the calendar. Organiser can find alternative dates and propose it once again |
| Schedule proposed | Stevneinvitasjon forslag | Visible to all | Schedule, including all classes, general regulations, judges and officials, products and services are added and schedule is proposed for acceptance. When district administrator accepts the schedule, registration will be automatically open and show status will be changed to "Registration open". When disctrict administrator declines the schedule, the event status will be changed back to "Published". At club level organiser can propose schedule and open registration her/himself. NB! After schedule is accepted, organsier cannot make changes to classes and setting of the show. The district administrator should be asked to do the changes, if needed. |
| Registration open | Påmelding åpen | Visible to all | Schedule is accepted and registration is open. Registration is open and status is updated automatically after the approval of a schedule. |
| Registration closed | Påmelding stengt | Visible to all | Registration is closed, for late entries riders need to contact the organiser. Late entry fees may be imposed, if organiser decides so. Status is updated automatically after the registration deadline is passed. NB! If online payments are in use, all registrations that have not been paid for will be automatically unregistered from the masterlist. |
| Live | Visible to all | Show is LIVE, ongoing. | |
| Event ended | Arrangementet ble avsluttet | Visible to all | Show is ended. Status updates automatically on the next day after the show. Organiser is expected to publish results. |
| Results published | Resultater publisert | Visible to all | All results for all registrations in a show are published. The status changes automatically provided there are no registrations with unclear resolution. Organiser is expected to specify for each registration what has happened. NB! If online payments are in use, the recalculation of shopping baskets will take place automatically, refunds will be allocated for withdrawn registrations, fees for late entries imposed. Participants will get automatic reminders to pay for their shopping baskets if additional fees are imposed. |
| Cancelled | Kansellert | Visible to all | The show is cancelled and all entries are unregistered. |
