Driving and Equipe APP

We have enabled Equipe APP for Driving shows to help organizers with starting lists. Hereby is a short overview of possibilities and limitations of this solution.

Please note:

• Equipe APP doesn´t support scoring for Driving competitions.
• Equipe APP can only be used for starting lists. In limited scope, Equipe APP can be helpful when getting results back to NRYFStevne, including updating products and services lists.
• In starting lists, when entries will be imported from NRYFStevne, the second, third etc horses will be missing. Only one horse per equipage will be imported.

Step-by-step guide:

1. Enable "Equipe" service in the add/edit event form in NRYFStevne

   

2. After Driving show is closed for entries in NRYFStvne, click on "Equipe" button on the event profile page. You will be redirected to Equipe APP.

3. Create a new event and import entries as usually:

   

Classes and entries will be imported from NRYFStevne.

Important: for two-in-hand and four-in-hand, only one horse will be imported. Equipe doesn´t support multiple horses for an equipage. Do not change such entries, inform drivers that they would need to follow the starting list based on the first horse.

4. Do a starting list. You can use all functions for starting lists as in other disciplines. Mark withdrawals, changes, no shows as usually. It is possible to search for athletes and horses from NRYFStevne database normally.
5. Run an event in other scoring system. Equipe APP doesn´t support scoring for Driving.

7. Export results to NRYFStevne. Please note that if the initial entries remained unchanged, two-in-hand and four-in-hand equipages will be shown correctly in NRYFStevne, with correct rank and status. All payments recalculations and returns will be working normally. If you add a separate line with driver and second horse, the results and payments calculations will be incorrect in NRYFStevne, as the driver will be present double in results.
