Setting up a team show: tips

In this article, we describe how team competitions, when teams´ participation fees will be sponsored and paid by clubs or regions can be set up in NRYFStevne.

Team show, when team participation fees are paid by a club or other sponsor

Conditions: 

• Team participation fee (lagavgift) should include all fees for participants, also NRYF fees and platform fees. Nothing extra should be charged from athletes. 
• Team participation fees are paid per team by a club or some other sponsor. 
• Show has also warm up and open classes that should be paid as usually per class, including all administrative fees.
• Team classes have score summaries (complex of two or more classes)

Set-up: 

• Add team classes to schedule:

• Under additional settings, select an option that fees will not be collected online from athletes and will be paid through NRYFStevne by organizer.

 The class will look like as following in the schedule: 

• Setup Lagavgift to Products section, use an option to collect fees in show office and free of charge registration in NRYFStevne. Issue invoices in Equipe APP or in other invoicing software.
