How to add funds to NRYFStevne show´s balance to close the finances?

There might be situations, when there are not enough funds to cover the NRYF expenses and the obligations to pay out the returns. This might happen under the following circumstances:   

1. Organiser withdraws starting fees and product fees before publishing results. After publishing results, the sum for paid withdrawn or changed entries that should be returned is higher than the sum of not paid late entries and the remaining organiser´s revenue. As paying the returns is a high priority, returns will still be covered from money collected for NRYFAvgifts and other expenses. As a result, there will be a debt on organiser´s side to cover these expenses.  

2. Organiser uses for classes the setting "paid in show office", meaning that the riders can register for the classes for free (no online payments required), but the organiser would need to cover the expenses of the NRYF fees (NRYFAvgift and platform fees). In case, the class has this settings, a badge stating that the payment is expected at show office will be shown. 

Why organiser needs funds on show´s balance: 

- to pay the NRYFAvgift fees (25/10 kr) to NRYF;
- to pay the fees to district (10 kr); 
- to pay the payment processor (Stripe) fees (a percentage of the positive transactions).

How to add money to the show´s account to get the balance settled and enough funds to close the show´s finances? 

Step 1. Go to the show´s Finances section. 

Check the finances dashboard -> From organiser -> Not paid - you will see the sum of money that is missing. 

Step 2. Click on "Pay" in the row "From organiser" and proceed to your shopping basket to make a payment. 

When clicking on "Pay", a confirmation modal will appear. You will see the sum that is missing from the balance and if necessary, it is also possible to add the comment explaining the reason for the payment. 

You will be redirected to your shopping basket. It is possible to change the  name of the payer, add address etc for receipt. If you use your personal credit card and would ask for refund from your club or company, you can add the name of the club or company and its address to be displayed in receipt: 

Proceed to checkout, as usually. Enter the card number and other details and confirm the payment. You will be redirected to the Payments History, from where you can retrieve the receipt for the transaction. 

Step 3. Return to show´s finances section and close the show. 

After transaction is confirmed, the paid in sum will be shown under the "Paid" of the "From organiser" row. 
It is possible to close the finances by pressing on "Avslutt Stevne" button.

  • After sending a "top-up" to your shopping basket, the top-up payment will expire in 1 hour if not paid.
