How to clone a show or a class?

In the system, we have an option to clone already existing show or a class. These functions help to decrease the show organisers´ effort and time when adding new shows to calendar.
To clone a show...
go to the show profile and click on Actions:
Click on Clone:
You will see two options: clone and create a new event and clone a schedule, products and/or special provisions to existing event.
When an option to clone schedule, products and/or special provisions selected, you can additionally specify whether you would like to clone only schedule, only products or/and special provisions.
Select an organizer and target event and press Confirm.
Please note that only future events of the same discipline and competition level not higher than of target event can be selected. Only empty events (no classes, products or provisions entered) can be selected. Always clone first schedule and/or products and then start editing the target event and adding other parts.
If the first option is selected (create a new show), a new show will be created in DRAFT status. Please review the show details, including name, start and end dates - all other information before publishing it to the calendar.
To clone a class...
use the clone function by clicking on the Clone button in the Actions section in the schedule (orange button) or in the Dashboard:
To clone a product....
use the clone function by clicking on the Clone button in the Actions section of the Products or in the Dashboard:
